Warranty Claim - Report An Issue

At StoneStream® we stand behind our products and are happy to assist you if you have any issues with the quality or performance. StoneStream® provides a one year warranty on any manufacturing defects for all of our products from the date of purchase that were purchased from StoneStream®. StoneStream® warranty program does not cover any defects due to improper fit, normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence.

 

Limited Warranty
 

This warranty applies only to StoneStream® products that were purchased from StoneStream® or an StoneStream®-authorized retailer. StoneStream® reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers related to products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites.

StoneStream® will repair or replace a defective product that is covered by this limited warranty or will refund the purchase price of the Product. Under no circumstances shall StoneStream® be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this limited warranty, breach of contract, or strict liability.
